#GivingTuesday is a global day of generosity that takes place each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It's an opportunity for people around the world to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need.

For the 4th consecutive year, we  focused our fundraising efforts around this initiative and we set an aggressive goal to fundraise half of our 2025 operating costs!

While we did not achieve our goal, thanks to the generosity of all of our Supporters, we were able to achieve 70% of our goal to enter 2025 with half of our Operational Expenses covered by our #GivingTuesday fundraising efforts. Our Operating expenses cover teachers' salaries, utilities, building maintenance, transportation, and basic classroom supplies.

We cannot thank all of you enough for continuing to support our efforts!  You are all truly amazing!

Some of our "raving fans" and Board Members agreed to become Ambassadors for our #GivingTuesday efforts and created Facebook or Instagram Fundraisers, in addition to other communication means to encourage their friends and family to donate to us.  Collectively, they motivated 35 people to donate to Hekab Be. We'd like to give them a special "shout out":
