#GivingTuesday is a global day of generosity that takes place each year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It's an opportunity for people around the world to come together to thank, help, give, show kindness, and share what they have with those in need.

For the first time in 2021, we decided to focus our fundraising efforts around this initiative and we set an aggressive goal to fundraise half of our 2022 operating costs!

YOU made it happen!!!

Thanks to the generosity of all of our Supporters, we accomplished this lofty goal to enter 2022 with more than half of our Operational Expenses covered by these fundraising efforts on #GivingTuesday.  Our Operating expenses cover teachers' salaries, utilities, building maintenance, and basic classroom supplies.

We cannot thank all of you enough for continuing to support our efforts!  You are all truly amazing!

Some of our "raving fans" and Board Members agreed to become Ambassadors for our #GivingTuesday efforts and created Facebook Fundraisers to encourage their friends and family to donate to us.  Collectively, they motivated 47 people to donate to Hekab Be. We'd like to give them a special "shout out":
